When you enroll in our text messaging program, we may collect: your name; your mobile phone number; the date, time, and method of your opt-in consent; and the content of messages you send to us.

We use this information to send text messages relating to your care and your relationship with our practice, including: appointment confirmations and reminders; scheduling requests and changes; pre-operative and post-operative instructions and follow-up; responses to questions you send us; billing and account notifications; and internal operational alerts to practice personnel.
3. Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS consent to any third party.

Text messages are transmitted through secure telecommunications service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver messages. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any other purpose.
5. Consent, Opt-In, and Opt-Out
You may opt in to text messages by providing your mobile number to our office and agreeing to receive texts, in person, by phone, in writing, or through our website forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care from our practice.
